Sugar

What we eat and how much we eat both count and sugar is a problem for health and weight. Nutrition is extremely complex. Many details are known but it is often difficult to put everything together and metabolism and nutrition function in that complex arena where everything must work together. It is not a matter of eating protein, fat or sugar. We eat food and whole foods versus highly processed food is the best any of us can do to manage our health and weight.
